
Laugh More- Think Less
Here are some tips and easy ways to laugh now and generally to laugh more often ...
* Don't listen to the rattling on of your mind. Instead laugh at it's nonsense. Even if you don't find it funny, laugh anyway cos trust me, it is funny! :)
* Watch some videos of babies laughing on you tube.
* Smile to people you meet, whether you know them or not. Even if it's a fake smile at first, even a slight smile if shared will multiply. You will make that person you smile to smile, and their smile will make your smile bigger.
*Laugh. There doesn't need to be anything funny just start laughing. Even if it doesn't feel good in the beginning. The act of laughing with our bodies wakes up everything inside and triggers genuine laughter. It gets us out of our heads and into the moment. It might seem a bit weird at first, but if you want to laugh then just do it :)
